Books I Have to Read
When I finish my PhD I will be traveling around the world and will have a lot of time for reading. Here I will collect the titles of the books I have to read. I would be happy if you could recommend me some good books to read. Currently my reading list looks as follows:
- Herman Hesse, "Steppenwolf"
- Erich Fromm, "The Art of Loving"
- Viktor Frankl, "Man's Search for Meaning"
- Gabriel Garcia Marquez "100 years of loneliness"
- Paolo Coelho "The fifth mountain"
- Alessandro Barico "la seta"
- Douglas Adams "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy"
- Arturo Perez Riverti "Capitano Alatriste"
Gabriel Garcia Marquez "100 years of loneliness"
Paolo Coelho "Alchemist" or "The fifth mountain"
Alessandro Barico "la seta"
Try this:
The Everything Kama Sutra Book: Unlock the Ancient Secrets of Erotic Expression-rediscover passion and enhance intimacy (Everything: Philosophy and Spirituality) by S. Heumann
To Diana: Thank you, i have already read Alchemist. The others I will add to the list. It would be nice if you could tell me what kind of books are those.
To Anonymous: Did you read this book yourself? It doesn't have a high rating on Amazon.com, so I am not sure if to add it to my list.
I have found one more book that might be interesting for you Михаил Веллер "Всё о жизни".
