How to Do a Research

Recently I had to write my PhD plan and I got an allergy to the research which inspired me to write the following guidelines for doing a research:

1. if your proposed method does not work for some real-world example, state some assumptions to exclude it from method's application scope
2. if you do not find any real-world example for your method in the real world, try to look for it in the internet
