Giovanni Allevi in Bolzano

Having a crisis in my research I went for the inspiration to the concert of Giovanni Allevi yesterday. In one sentence - it is nice music to hear in your headphones while working, but not worth to go to the concert.

Now in details. The cheapest ticket was 25EUR. The place was a sport palace with not appropriate acoustics. The guy is very good pianist and the orchestra is very good orchestra. As a composer he is good, but I wouldn't call him a genius. The music he writes is comparable with background music played in some hollywood movies, but he is far from Enio Morricone or Yann Tiersen.
