I have to say that I'm getting quite cool in cooking. The main thing when you cook aubergines is to guess how much oil and salt to put. This time it was perfect.
My best rememberings from Prague include tuna salads. Here's my version of it with brasilian salads, capers, tomatos and mayoneze.
This was my first time cooking / eating artishokes. I need to try them in some restaurant for comparison.
