There and Back Again

This week I was in Riga and Tallinn doing presentations of our university. I do not like advertising, but in this case I believe I was offering a good opportunity.

We have organized the presentations very well, but still there were only few people interested in studies in Bozen/Bolzano. I do not know why is it so. A good university, a good place, good scholarships - what can be better? When I was a student, I was searching for Erasmus or similar opportunities and there was nobody offering me anything.

I guess I will not do any advertising anymore - it takes too much time which I would better invest in my work.

Besides the presentations I met several friends in Riga, renewed my credit card and spent a really nice day in Tallinn.

P.S. I was flying back to Italy together with a group of young tourists from Latvia. The group was going to a ski resort in Livigno. They were drinking, making jokes and having fun. I was thinking that some day I will be coming back here also as a tourist.
