International Women's Day

I heard Latvia is still in doubt about the internationalism. The morning of 8th March here has started with flower scads appearing on the streets. Dear women, I love you! My blog was not ready so I hadn't a chance to say it that day :)

A week after I have arrived, there're a conference on e-Govenment (and also e-Governence, e-Democracy, e-Cognocracy, e-Policy etc.) at the University of Bozen. I had a nice chance to hear a lot on this topic. The presenters were from 22 countries, mostly top-level policy maker's in this area. Conference dinner and other social activities were also good.
