Let's Play
It is not a secret that most of us are game addicted. Even me, even if it doesn't seem so. The ideas to make games that do something useful have already appeared before [link].
Today I was enlightened with an idea to make a gambling machine out of a snack/coffee box at our faculty. Later, this idea developed into a programming game, where you get money for every written line of code, fixed bug, written test, etc. In other words, you can see how much you get for every little step you do. Of course, cheating in such a game will be a special issue. So, will I make a coding revolution?

I think it will not work.
You have presented too little information about your project to consider the possible success or failure. If you want us to consider it, please describe it more precisely.
But there is some other information to consider in your post. It looks like you really want to or think you must do a revolution somewhere. Maybe you just don't have to, you know?
Thank you, Linas, for the link. Velniava unlimited, a revolution is one of ways not to get bored.
