Spargelzeit, Jogging and a Bit of Anger
During this weekend I didn't do what I wanted to do and I got angry about it. I guess, I'm getting angry about many things now. This is because I'm out of my rhythm. So, if I seem you unfriendly - just give me some time, and keep the safe distance! :)
In order to calm down a bit, I went jogging this Sunday. It was good, but today my muscles hurt. I bought a mixture of vitamins with calium and magnesium. It says it should help.
After jogging I made a dinner for some friends. April is a time of asparagus and I can cook them very well. If you don't believe me, you can ask Linas, Simonas or Sara - they were my guests. Sorry for no pictures - need to fix my camera.

I started jogging just a year ago
and if there is one thing that
I need it now for, then that is
to calm down from my workday!
So if you still feel angry or
mad :) then go on jogging!
The thing about Magnesium is that
you don`t get cramps - my girlfriend taught me that last
week. Now i have two packages of
Magnesium tabletes here at home :)
